Caba is a 4th class municipality in the province of La Union, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 19,565 people in 3,880 households.

Caba was a part of the municipality of Aringay until the late-19th century when it was permanently separated to form its own entity.

Caba is politically subdivided into 17 barangays.
