The Calder Cannons are a TAC Cup club who fields squads in the U15, 16 and most importantly the U18's. The club was formed in 1995 after the need for two more metropolitan clubs.
The club has been a strong competitor since it's inception, and in 2006 lost in the final to eventual premiers the Oakley Chargers at the MCG.
The club train and play home matches at the Coburg City Oval which is also shared by the Coburg Tigers Football Club.
