Capital Idea is The Beesknees 2007 (see 2007 in music) debut album.

The album, which was recorded throughout the autumn and winter of 2006-07 features material written by main song writers Frank DiBiase and Mike Fisher. Standout tracks include "Anything Man", "Same Old Rock and Roll", "Jazz" and "Spring To England". The songs follow a very simple formula and draw from the band's biggest influences, the most obvious ones being Richard Lloyd, Young Marble Giants, The Yardbirds and The Beatles. It is also the first release under the 7EF banner.
