Cause to Believe is an American thoroughbred race horse. A foal of 2003, he was a contender for the U.S. Triple Crown in 2006.

Cause to Believe is owned by Peter Redekop B C Limited and trained by Jerry Hollendorfer. Ridden by Russell Baze, Cause to Believe was bred in Kentucky by Overbrook Farm.

Cause to Believe is the son of Maria's Mon out of the mare Imaginary Cat. His sire is a son of Storm Cat. His breeding line includes such notable horses as Northern Dancer, Secretariat and Majestic Prince.
