4400 Center

The 4400 Center is a fictional building in the science fiction television series The 4400. According to a postcard in the Season 3 episode "Gone", the location of the center is 6265 Crescent Road, Seattle, WA; this is also a fictional Seattle address, but it is the real address for the Chan Centre, the real-life building that stands in for the 4400 Center.[1]

The 4400 Center was founded by Jordan Collier as a place where 4400s could learn to harness their abilities, and where non-4400s could seek out the "inner" 4400 in themselves.
When Jordan was killed, Shawn Farrell (Jordan's "protégé") took over the operation of the 4400 Center.[2] The Center was closed down and seized by the government in the finale of season three. It remains to be known if it will reopen.[3]
The real name of the building used for filming is the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, located at the University of British Columbia (UBC) just west of Vancouver. The garden seen in various episodes (including Shawn and Isabelle's wedding) is called the Rose Garden, located directly next to the Chan Centre.
However, according to the second season DVD's bonus features, some scenes at the 4400 Center are filmed at a studio rather than the Chan Centre, due to the distance required to travel to UBC.
