Charlie Finn

Charlie Finn is an American actor and voice actor, best known for his roles as Spud from American Dragon: Jake Long and as Dave in Help Me Help You. He was also Fred on Life on a Stick and played a smart-alec restaurant cashier in Super Troopers. Charlie Finn ("Finn" to his close friends) has been a member of the legendary Lake Forest Players' Club since the early 1990s.

He is set to appear in Bar Starz sometime in the future.
