Cherry Orchard F.C.

Cherry Orchard Football Club is an Irish football club founded in 1957 and a leading developer of talent in the sport. The club is housed at Le Fanu Park (known locally as "The Lawns") in Ballyfermot.
Among the notable players from Cherry Orchard F.C. who have represented Ireland at Senior International level include (but not limited to):
Central defender Graham Coughlan has yet to get senior international caps, he is also notable as he moved to professional football from the senior (adult) Cherry Orchard teams. He started out with Bray Wanderers A.F.C. before moving to Blackburn Rovers F.C. and finally Sheffield Wednesday F.C., where he has been warming the bench for the last couple of games.
Cherry Orchard currently has schoolboy teams in the Dublin & District Schoolboy League as well as senior (adult) teams in the Leinster Senior League.
