Citizens Bank of Canada is a British Columbia, Canada based virtual bank insured by the CDIC that was started in 1997. They operate under a published ethical policy[1] and offer personal banking products along with the Visa credit card line. Like Desjardins, they offer the Oxfam and Amnesty International Visa cards in Canada.
