Clark Terrell ( ? - 2285) is a Starfleet captain in the Star Trek science fiction universe, and the commanding officer of the USS Reliant in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. He was portrayed by Paul Winfield.

Under Terrell's command, the Reliant searched for a suitable planet to serve as a test-bed for the Genesis Device. The last planet they surveyed was Ceti Alpha V, which they believed was Ceti Alpha VI. Upon arriving at Ceti Alpha V, the ship's sensors detected energy readings on the planet's surface. After receiving approval from Carol Marcus, Terrell and first officer Pavel Chekov beamed down to see if the source could be moved off of the planet. They discovered the remaining followers of Khan Noonien Singh marooned there by then-Captain James T. Kirk fifteen years prior (TOS: "Space Seed"). Khan used a pair of the planet's native Ceti eels to take control of Chekov and Terrell, which allowed him to find out about Project Genesis and to hijack the Reliant for his personal war against Kirk.

Terrell and Chekov accompanied Khan aboard space station Regula 1, where Khan interrogated, tortured, and eventually murdered the Genesis scientists. Afterwards, Khan deliberately left Terrell and Chekov behind at the station. When a landing party led by Kirk arrived at Regula 1, Chekov told Kirk that the two Reliant officers were able to overcome Khan's brainwashing; in reality, Khan had planted them there to so they could wait for an opportunity to steal the Genesis materials and kill Kirk. Eventually Kirk's party, including the seemingly cooperative Terrell and Chekov, made their way to the interior of the Regula planetoid that the station orbited. Upon finding the Genesis Device and the surviving scientists, Terrell and Chekov held everyone at phaser-point, and Terrell signaled Khan, who stole the device via transporter beam. David Marcus, believing that Terrell and Chekov were behind a miliary takeover of Genesis, attempted to attack Terrell, and Terrell fired his phaser at Marcus. Saavik pushed Marcus out of the way, but Jedda, another Genesis scientist, was vaporized in his place. However, when ordered to kill Kirk, Terrell fought against the effects of the mind-warping Ceti eel. As the pain caused by the Ceti eel intensified due to his hesitation, he turned the phaser on himself rather than execute Kirk.
