Claudio De Sousa (born 10 August 1985 in Rome) is an Italian footballer who plays for Serie A team Torino FC in the role of a striker. He is 182 cm tall and wears the #44 jersey for his club.

In 2005 Messina signed De Sousa from Lodigiani, but sold to Torino in co-ownership deal.
