Clear Hearts, Grey Flowers is the second full-length album by the band Jack Off Jill. Produced by Chris Vrenna of Nine Inch Nails/Tweaker, it was released in July 2000 on the now-defunct label Risk Records and is generally considered to be Jack Off Jill's best album.[attribution needed] The blonde girl in the album's cover art (by Mark Ryden) is supposed to be either:[original research?]

  • a representation of guitarist Helen Storer of the UK all-girl band Fluffy, who joined Jack Off Jill onstage once for their farewell performance at The Troubadour in Los Angeles in April of 2000; or
  • Michelle Inhell, the band's original guitarist, who temporarily rejoined Jack Off Jill and cowrote four songs on this album.

After Clear Hearts, Grey Flowers the band formally split up, and moved on to establish other projects.
