The College of St. Catherine (also known as St. Kate’s) is a private Catholic college for women located primarily in Saint Paul, Minnesota. There is also a campus in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Enrollment currently exceeds 5,200 students. With approximately 2,900 bachelor's students, it is the largest college for women in the country. The college's associate and graduate programs enroll women and men.

The Saint Paul campus of the College of St. Catherine was founded in 1905 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. It was named for Saint Catherine of Alexandria. The Minneapolis campus was founded in 1887 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet as St. Mary's School of Nursing. It was renamed St. Mary's Junior College and then merged with the College of St. Catherine in 1986.

The College of St. Catherine is a NCAA Division III school that is part of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The sports teams' nickname is the Wildcats.
