Collegiate Champions League

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Collegiate Champions League (CCL) is a collegiate tournament in the Philippines. Patterned after the UEFA Champions League and NCAA's March Madness, the CCL aims to crown the champions of Filipino collegiate basketball. It was established in 2002.

Due to preponderance of collegiate leagues in the county, it is difficult to determine which champion team is the nation's best. As such, the different collegiate leagues send out their best teams in a postseason tounament to determine the "champion of champions."
