The wilaya of Constantine (Arabic: قسنطينة‎) is one of the 48 provinces of Algeria, whose capital is the city of the same name.

Regarded as the capital of eastern Algeria, it has a population of over 891,668 making it the third largest city in the country (after Algiers and Oran). Its population is for a total area of 2,297.2 km². The wilaya is made up of 6 daïras and 12 communes.

Constantine, El Khroub, Ain-Smara, Hamma Bouziane, Didouche Mourad, Ben Badis, Zighoud Youcef, Ain Abid, Ouled Rahmoune, Ibn Ziad, Messaoud Boudjerou, Beni H'midene. Constantine or Qusantînah (Arabic: قسنطينة ) is the capital of Constantine Province (ولاية قسنطينة ) in north-east Algeria, slightly inland, at about 80 kilometers from the coast.
