Craig T. Nelson (born Craig Richard Nelson on April 4, 1944 in Spokane, Washington) is an American actor. He has appeared in numerous motion pictures. He starred in three television shows, Coach, Call to Glory and The District. He also provided the voice of Mr. Incredible in the 2004 Pixar film The Incredibles. Due to the fact that there was another Craig Richard Nelson registered with the Screen Actors Guild, he registered as Craig Theodore Nelson.

His characters are known to be powerful, proud, strong, and loud (with Coach Hayden Fox as a prime example).

Craig T. Nelson is a survivor of the supposed "Poltergeist curse."[1]

Nelson plays inventor Alexander Graham Bell in the upcoming movie Hello, Is It Me You're Looking For? scheduled for release on Christmas of 2007. His son, Noah, is married to The Bold and the Beautiful actress Ashley Jones.
