Crispin McDougal Freeman (born February 9, 1972 in Chicago, Illinois) is a prolific American voice actor best known for his roles as Alucard in Hellsing and the OVA Hellsing Ultimate and as Touga Kiryuu from Revolutionary Girl Utena. He also played the voice of Kouichi Kimura in Digimon: Digital Monsters, Prince Turnip in Hayao Miyazaki's movie adaptation of Howl's Moving Castle, and Zelgadis Greywords in Slayers.

He has also done other popular characters such as Straight Cougar from s-CRY-ed, Shannon Casull from Scrapped Princess, Tsume from Wolf's Rain, Balmung from .hack//Legend of the Twilight, Hideki Motosuwa from Chobits, Albedo Piazzola and Gaignun Kukai from Xenosaga, Itachi Uchiha from Naruto and Amon from Witch Hunter Robin.

Freeman attended the Latin School of Chicago, where he graduated in 1990. Earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College, he majored in Theater and minored in Computer Science. Consequently, he earned his Master of Fine Arts degree from Columbia University in Acting, and performed on Broadway, the American Repertory Theater (Cambridge), the Mark Taper Forum (Los Angeles), and the Williamstown Theater Festival.

Freeman has participated in dozens of anime projects, including Slayers (1996-1999), X (anime) (2001), Chobits (2002), Hellsing (2002), Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (2002), Big O (2003), Wolf's Rain (2003), and Eureka Seven (2006).
