Curtis Crawford

Curtis J. Crawford has been a director of DuPont since 1998. Dr. Crawford is President and Chief Executive Officer of XCEO, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in leadership and corporate governance. He formerly served as president and chief executive officer of Onix Microsystems, Inc. and chairman, president and chief executive officer of ZiLOG, Inc. He previously served as Chairman of the board of ON Semiconductors. He was also President and CEO of Lucent Technologies Microelectronics Group and President of the Intellectual Property Division. Dr. Crawford is a director of Agilysys, Inc., ITT Industries, Inc., and ON Semiconductor Company. He also serves as a trustee of DePaul University. Dr.Crawford is the author of Corporate Rise: The X Principles of Extreme Personal Leadership. He is also the author of Compliance and Conviction: The Evolution of Enlightened Corpoprate Governance.
