Dallas Love Field Station will be a future DART light rail station located near Dallas Love Field airport where the Green Line (future) and Orange Line (future) light rail systems will be constructed.[1] [2]

This station was proposed to be an underground one under the airport (much like DART's Cityplace Station), but that would be vastly more expensive, and a 2004 study showed that it would probably raise the cost-per-passenger estimates well beyond acceptable levels and jeopardize the federal grant, so City of Dallas officials and the transit agency agreed to make it a surface-level station on March 12, 2007.[3]
