Daniel John Braid (born 12 February 1981 in Tauranga, New Zealand) is a rugby union player who plays for Auckland in the Air New Zealand Cup and for the Blues in the Super 14. He plays for Auckland University in the Auckland premier competition. He played for the All Blacks in 2002 and 2003 in which he played 3 tests. His position is flanker.
