Dartmouth Crossing is a $280 million commercial real estate development owned by North American Development Group currently under construction in Dartmouth, a part of Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Dartmouth Crossing is currently under construction north of the Highway 118-Highway 111 interchange in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It is the largest retail construction project east of Calgary. When completed, Dartmouth Crossing will feature over two million square feet of retail space and 10,000 jobs should be created once all phases have been completed.

The site is 500 acres with 200 acres alloted to retail. There will be 20 box stores, 40 shops, 15 boutiques, 20 restaurants, 10 services, 2 hotels, a 12-screen movie theatre, and 100,000 square feet of office space.
