Darwin Airline is a regional airline based in Lugano, Switzerland. It operates scheduled services to Italy, France and the UK. Its main base is Lugano Airport.

The airline was established on August 12, 2003 and operations started on July 28, 2004.
Darwin Airline operates the following services (March 2007):
- International scheduled destinations: London City Airport and Rome.
Darwin Airline currently operates services between Lugano and Zurich and Berne to London City on behalf of Swiss International Air Lines. [2]
