David Halley (born October 12, 1986) is an English rugby league player who currently plays for English club Bradford Bulls in the Super League competition. His position of choice is winger.

A product of the Bradford Academy, Dave Halley is extremely quick. He came third behind Darren Albert, in the Fastest Man in Rugby League competition in 2005.
