De Havilland DHA-3 Drover

de Havilland DHA-3 Drover was an australian built three-engine monoplane, constructed and built by Havilland Australia in the late 1940–s. The aircraft had some similarities with the two-engine British built de Havilland Dove The Drover was produced to replace the de Havilland Dragon Rapide then in widespread use in Australia.
Only 20 aircraft has been built. Its maiden flight took place in 1948. and it has been used by Qantas and TAA. It is however been famous for its use as ambulance aircraft by the Flying Doctor Service until the mid 1960-s. .
