Deansgate is one of several commuter train stations in Manchester, England.

Formerly known as Manchester Knott Mill, the station lies to the south of Manchester City Centre in the Castlefield area. It is linked to the G-Mex Centre by a footbridge built in 1985, while Deansgate Locks, the Great Northern Warehouse and the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester are also nearby.

It is part of both the Manchester-Preston Line and the Liverpool to Manchester Line, both heavily used by commuters. However as tickets to Manchester are credited in station usage statistics to Manchester Piccadilly if the exact destination station is not specified, this is not reflected in these statistics.

The platforms are at an elevated level, reached by lift or stairs, or by the walkway from G-Mex. The ticket office, staffed full time, is at street level.
