"Defy You" is song by punk/alternative band, The Offspring. It was recorded (along with its own music video) after the release of their CD Conspiracy of One so that it would be in the movie, Orange County. Besides the Orange County soundtrack, the song was also released on the single entitled "Defy You" along with the cover of punk band Generation X's song "One Hundred Punks" and the live performances of "Want You Bad" and "Self-Esteem".

This song was never released on any of The Offspring's album, but it appeared on the Greatest Hits compilation.

This is also the final single that ever featured Ron Welty.
