Demo Tape 4 (or Self-Titled Sessions or Self-Titled Recording Sessions) is the last demo tape made by System of a Down. It was not released in public. It was sent to record labels and leaked onto the Internet.

Blue and Friik were not released on any album (yet).
The Metro and Marmalade were included on the Toxicity Single CD 2 and the Lonely Day EP.
Marmalade was also included on the Strangleland Soundtrack as well as the Japanese version of the self-titled album, and so was Storaged.
The Metro was also released on the Dracula 2000 Soundtrack and the Not Another Teen Movie Soundtrack.
36 was included in the Steal This Album! record.
The rest of the songs were included in the self-titled album.
