Disaster Report (known as SOS The Final Escape in Europe, 絶体絶命都市 (Zettai Zetsumei Toshi in Japan, and 절체절명도시 in Korea) is a survival action adventure video game created by Irem. It was released in Japan for the PlayStation 2 in 2002 and in 2003 was released in North America and Europe. The game deals with the characters' survival and escape from the slow collapse of an artificial island. While dodging falling buildings and debris from periodic earthquakes, the player must find a way off the island. In addition, the main character, a reporter, must investigate the reasons for the disaster.

A sequel to the game, Disaster Report 2, was released in Japan on March 30th, 2006. The game was recently announced for a North American release sometime during Q2 2007 under the title Raw Danger. Unlike the earthquake featured in the first game, this game revolves around a tsunami natural disaster. The gameplay mechanics have been updated, as well as numerous graphical improvements. The game also sports more than one playable character unlike the first game.

  • The characters underwent a slight change upon porting to other countries. Hair colour, names and locations on the map were changed to convey a more Westernised feel. Despite this, the street names and signs in-game are still written in Japanese.
  • The Japanese version of Disaster Report is one of the few games to support the Rez Vibrator for PlayStation 2.
