Don Hasselbeck (born. April 1, 1955 in Cincinnati, Ohio) was an American football tight end out of La Salle High School. He was drafted out of the University of Colorado by the New England Patriots in the second round of the 1977 NFL Draft. He played there until just one game into the 1983 NFL season when he was traded to the Los Angeles Raiders. He then played for the Minnesota Vikings in 1984 and the New York Giants in 1985 before retiring.

Hasselbeck is the father of two current NFL quarterbacks: Matt, who starts for the Seattle Seahawks and Tim, who is the backup for New York. He is the father-in-law of The View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who is married to Tim.
