Don Valley East is a federal and provincial electoral district in Canada that covers the northeast section of the North York part of Toronto. The federal riding was created in 1976 from parts of Willowdale, York East, York North, and York—Scarborough ridings.
It is represented in the Canadian House of Commons by Liberal Yasmin Ratansi. It has been represented in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario by Liberal David Caplan since it became a provincial riding in 1999. On Toronto City Council, the southern half (Ward 34) is represented by Denzil Minnan-Wong, and the northern portion (Ward 33) by Shelley Carroll.
