Donna Williams (born December 10, 1978 in England) is the co-founder of the Neopets, along with Adam Powell.

Prior to Neopets, Williams was a marketing manager for Shout! Advertising from September 1997 to July 1999, responsible for internet advertising, sales and services, graphic and web design.[1]

Williams and her boyfriend, Adam Powell, began work on Neopets in early 1999 and then launched the site on November 15, 1999. She worked on daily content, artwork, storylines, marketing and merchandising.

According to her personal web site, which is no longer online, she is currently retired and living in England.

Williams enjoys horse riding, concerts, cats, going to the gym, playing on World Of Warcraft and her Nintendo Wii.
