Double Impact is a 1991 film, directed by Sheldon Lettich and starring Jean Claude Van Damme as Alex/Chad Wagner.

Alex and Chad Wagner are twins who are separated when they are babies when their parents are killed by a crime boss. Now 25 years later they meet for the first time and join forces to exact revenge on the people who took their parents lives.

  • Bolo Yeung who played one of the villains in this film also starred with Jean-Claude Van Damme and played another villain in the movie Bloodsport.
  • In the scene where Chad and Alex wake up on the island after their fight they see the bad guys storming the islands. Chad then attacks a man, and retrieves a rifle from him. Alex attacks a guy on the beach and retrieves a dagger from him. Then when Alex enters the run down hotel, he is carrying the gun that Chad got earlier, and Chad sticks the knife that Alex received earlier in the neck when he enters.
  • Kamil Krifia who plays Alex's bar owner played the villain Tong Po in the fourth installment to the film that Jean-Claude Van Damme played in called Kickboxer. He starred in Kickboxer 4 as Tong Po.
