Andrew Seeley (born April 30, 1982 in Ottawa, Ontario), also known as Drew Seeley, is a Canadian actor, songwriter, and singer.

He is best known as the singing voice of Troy in High School Musical. While most people believed it was Zac Efron singing his songs, it was later revealed that Seeley's voice was used for the voice of Troy Bolton in High School Musical.
Seeley has sang on the following albums: Barney, DisneyMania 4, The Cheetah Girls 2, Jump In!, High School Musical, Alexa Melo: Time is on my Side, DisneyMania 5, Radio Jams 9, and High School Musical: The Concert. "Get'cha Head in the Game," a song he co-wrote with Ray and Greg Cham for High School Musical, helped propel the soundtrack to 4 million copies sold stateside alone and was nominated for Emmy Award. He also recently starred in the High School Musical: The Concert (instead of Zac Efron who was shooting Hairspray at that time). In High School Musical 2 and Hairspray, Efron sang by himself with no dub by Seeley.
At the moment Seeley is working on his debut album Drew Seeley. According to Seeley, several titles have been tossed around, but nothing has been decided on. He also, once appeared in the MTV fanatic dating show My Own where he was chosen as a suitor to a fan of Adam Levine (the lead singer of Maroon 5). Seeley was seen performing the track She Will Be Loved.
