- ^ In late 1974, the Hornets merged with the Keystone Regiment of Newtown Square to form the Crossmen
- ^ Allegiance Elite merged with the Strutters of Edmonton in 2004 to form Fusion.
- ^ The Ambassadors merged with the Oakland Crusaders in 1986 to form a new corps called Out of the Blue. The name was never used in competition and they became the Oakland Crusaders.
- ^ Formerly known as Spartan Cadets
- ^ Blue Angels merged with the Reveries in 1975 to form the Blue Angels/Reveries (Blueveries)
- ^ Though still active, the Blue Star Cadets added woodwinds to their program in 2004, thus they are no longer a drum corps
- ^ In 1974 the Bluewater Lionaires changed their name to the Bluewater Buccaneers
