Elaine Joyce (born December 19, 1945, Kansas City, Missouri) is an American actress.

Joyce has appeared in numerous television series, including The Young and the Restless and Days of Our Lives, and was a regular guest on game shows such as Match Game, What's My Line?, and I've Got a Secret during the 1970s. She was also the host of The All New Dating Game for one season, from 1986-1987.

The 170th and final episode of Green Acres, "The Ex-Secretary" (original air date: 27 April 1971 [season 6, episode 26]), was intended as the pilot for a spinoff series starring Elaine Joyce, among others.

Joyce often appeared on game shows with her husband, Bobby Van. They had one daughter, Taylor, born in 1977. After Van's death from brain cancer in 1980, she married television producer John Levoff, with whom she had a son, Michael. They later divorced.

She reportedly dated J.D. Salinger, who saw her in her TV show Mr. Merlin.[citation needed]

Joyce is currently married to acclaimed playwright Neil Simon.
