The division of Burdekin is an electoral district in the Queensland Legislative Assembly in the state of Queensland, Australia. Centred on the Ayr–Home Hill region, the electorate also includes some of Townsville's southern suburbs (Stuart, Wulguru and Annandale) as well as the coal-mining town of Collinsville. The Burdekin River flows through part of the electorate.
Rosemary Menkens of the National Party of Australia currently holds the seat, having won it from Labor's Steve Rodgers in the 2004 state election. Steve Rodgers re-contested the seat in 2006
