Electrabel (Euronext: ELEB) is a Belgian based energy corporation, with power plants and customers across Europe.

Electrabel was founded in 1991 when Intercom, Ebes and Unerg merged to form the present company. For a long time the French company SUEZ held a slight majority stake in Electrabel, but in 2005 that stake increased to 96.7%. The rest of the stock remains tradable at Euronext, but Electrabel is since then removed from the BEL20.
