Elite Model Management (Elite) is a modeling agency founded in Paris, France, in 1972 by John Casablancas and Alain Kittler.[1] Elite today manages over 800 models from 5 continents, making it the biggest modeling agency in the world. It offers international coverage with 36 agencies in its network. Its contest - the Elite Model Look - is a model scouting organisation with over 350,000 contestants in more than 55 countries, and is considered to be the world's most famous modeling contest.

Elite World S.A. is the parent company of Elite Model Management. The headquarters of Elite World S.A. are in Luxembourg. The board of Elite Wold S.A. comprises Bernard Hennet, Andrew Gleeson and Thomas Röggla. Mr Röggla owns over 25% of the shares in Elite World S.A. and is currently the biggest shareholder. The board members are holding more than 50% of the share capital in total.
