Emerald Zellers

Emerald Zellers (born 1990) is a beauty queen from Scottsdale, Arizona who has competed at Miss Teen USA.

Zellers won the Miss Arizona Teen USA 2006 title on November 6, 2005 at the Orpheum Theater in Phoenix, Arizona . She was the overall winner in swimsuit and was crowned by outgoing titleholder Elisa Soto. Her sister titleholder is Brenna Sakas, Miss Arizona USA 2006.

On August 15, 2006, Zellers competed against 50 other girls for the title of Miss Teen USA 2006 in Palm Springs, California and placed in the Top 10. She was the youngest contestant in the pageant at fifteen years old. The eventual winner of the pageant was Katie Blair of Montana. This was the first time since 1999 that a teen from Arizona has placed in the pageant, and only the fifth time ever.

Zellers is a student at the Notre Dame Preparatory High School in Scottsdale. For the past 10 years, she has been an avid dancer. She is a member of the Arizona Angels Dance Team and also performed for President George W. Bush, both during the 2005 Inaugural Parade down Pennsylvania Avenue to the White House and immediately following the official swearing in of the President for his 2nd term. Zellers is a member of the Sonoran Centennial Chapter of the National Charity League and promotes her organization, "Quarters for Kids", helping to raise funds for orphanages in 9 countries. Emerald is the daughter of Brad and Diana Zellers and is big sister to Alexa (11) and Slater (5).
