Emmanuel College is located in Franklin Springs, Georgia. EC is a private, Christian, liberal arts college and is affiliated with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. This college will soon be on SACS probation.[citation needed]
EC was founded in 1919 as the Franklin Springs Institute.
