The Enema of the State Demo was a little known demo recorded by Blink-182 just after Scott Raynor left the band and Travis Barker joined in 1998. This demo had many songs that people know from Enema of the State such as: Dumpweed, Aliens Exist, and What's My Age Again?. It also included two previously unreleased songs "Man Overboard" (which was later released on The Mark, Tom, And Travis Show: The Enema Strikes Back) and the instrumental song "Life's So Boring" (the existence of a studio version is unconfirmed, but there are similarities between it and "I Won't be Home For Christmas"). This was the demo that soon became Blink-182's breakthrough album: Enema of the State.
It is rumored that some of the names considered for this demo were "Viking Wizard Eyes: Wizard full of Lies", "Turn your head and cough" and "Blink-182: Electric Boogaloo".
There is currently a remastered demo, as well as the original demo. Both of these demos were released as mp3s. There were technical problems while ripping the cassette of the original demo onto mp3, and as a result, the mp3s have fluctuating tempos and sound off key.
