Fiat 3000

The Fiat 3000 was a model of tank produced by Italian automotive manufacturer Fiat in 1921. It was produced for the Italian military and went into service in 1923.
It was the Italian version of the French tank FT-17, built and modified by Fiat. Planned to take part in the fighting of World War I, it only entered service in 1923. A new version later appeared with a 3.7 cm gun. Although eclipsed by the tankettes during the 30's, some units were still in service at the entry of Italy in the war in 1940.
