First Glasgow is the largest bus operator in Glasgow, Scotland. It is part of FirstGroup, a major bus and train operator based in Aberdeen, Scotland. It runs 118 services in Greater Glasgow and has a fleet of over 1,000 buses.

It was one of the first bus operators to introduce an "overground", a colour-coded set of bus routes with route branding on the bus exteriors and timetables. The "overgound" routes are shown below:

The above routes are the most frequent (every 10 minutes or less during the day service) but there are many other less frequent routes serving most other areas of Glasgow. Some services operate cross-area, Glasgow to Falkirk and Stirling for instance. These routes are operated by First Edinburgh, another company which is part of FirstGroup.
