From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Flight International (or Flight) is a magazine relating to aerospace manufacturing, the defence industry, aircraft design, general aviation and airlines.

Flight claims to be the world’s leading provider of aerospace news and jobs. It is published by Reed Business Information with UK offices located at Sutton, London and overseas bureaux in Washington, DC and Singapore. It has been providing aviation-related news and analysis for almost 100 years. It has marked presence through its franchised Flight Daily News and Flight Evening News at air shows such as those held in Paris, Dubai, Singapore and Farnborough and at business aviation shows NBAA and EBACE.

Every week, Flight International provides its readers with technical and operational information from the defence, general aviation, business aviation, and technology and spaceflight sectors. Its major competitors are Jane's Defense Weekly and Aviation Week & Space Technology.

In 2006 Flight enlarged its internet presence with the creation of flightglobal.com, a daily news service. flightglobal.com is as a result one of the largest aviation job recruitment websites. At the ILA Berlin air show Flight launched Flight TV web video programmes.
