Flood 28

Flood 28 happened on June 28, 2006 when upstate New York was hit unexpectably by a terrible rise in water level. Some of the places that were hit havn't been hit as bad since a hundred years earlier. Most notibly, roads were taken out, power lines out and some houses were flooded for days and weeks. Power was also out for a few days in some places and even weeks in others, depending on how bad it was hit. The Mohawk River was one of the rivers that over flowed.
