Flooded grasslands and savannas

Flooded grasslands and savannas are a biome, generally located at subtropical and tropical latitudes, where which are flooded seasonally or year-round.

It is characterized by

  • water : very wet
  • temperature : warm
  • soils : nutrient rich soil
