The Flower of the East (Persian: گل شرق) complex is a 1.7 Billion euro, tourism attraction project, begun in 2004 in Kish Island and is expected to be finished by 2009.

The Flower of the East Development Project is the biggest project on Kish Island in the Persian Gulf. The project, includes a '7-star' and two '5-star' hotels, three residential areas, villas and apartment complexes, coffee shops, luxury showrooms and stores, sports facilities and marina. The project is managed by the German firm Projektgesellschaft mBH.

The centerpiece of the project is a Luxury 7-star hotel in the shape of a flower. The tower is a combination of Persian and modern high-tech architecture. It's supposed to be the world's second 7-star hotel after the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Due to location of the Flower of the East Hotel, every sunrise is viewed by the hotel residents. Hotel is surrounded by a park all around.
- Marina Club Village is surrounded by club park. Every house has an inner courtyard. Each garden is modelled after one of the hundreds of the Middle East's gardens.
- Marina Club Arcade is the central attraction for the fans of water sports.
- The Marina offers a harbour for demanding skipper.
- The golf facilities include an 18-hole championship golf course based on PGA standards and a 9-hole course for beginners.
- The properties of Falling Water Residences are between 1500 and 3500 m² and living areas are 430 to 2000 m² that can be designed and furnished according to the taste of the owner.
