The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Of Nagorno Karabakh Republic is based in Stepanakert. The Minister is Georgy Petrosian.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic operates five permanent Missions and one Bureau of Social-Politic Information in France. The goals of the offices are to present the Republic's positions on various issues, provide information and to facilitate the peace process. The NKR missions are orginising visits for Nagorno Karabakh officials abroad.
