Francisco Juan Mendoza Martínez (born April 29, 1985 in El Salto, Jalisco) is a Mexican football midfielder, who currently plays for C.D. Chivas USA of Major League Soccer.

Mendoza came to Chivas USA as one of imports from parent club Chivas de Guadalajara, and also played for their other child club, La Piedad. He has been a part of the Chivas system since 1999. He has represented Mexico on the Under-17 level.
