Frank Watson (born July 26, 1945) is a Republican member of the Illinois State Senate where he serves as Senate Republican Leader. Watson was Assistant Majority Leader from 1993 to 2002; the Greenville, Illinois native was first elected to serve in the Senate in 1983.

Watson previously served as State Representative from 1979 to 1982.

Watson received a bachelor of science degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University.[1] After becoming a registered pharmacist, he has taken over his family's business, Watson's Drugstore, in Greenville.[2]

Watson is married to Susan and has two children. They live in Greenville.
