Freehold Township High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school located within Freehold Township, New Jersey, and is part of the Freehold Regional High School District. As of 2005-06, the school served over 2,200 students from Freehold Township, Englishtown, Howell Township and Manalapan Township.[1]

The Freehold Township High School Patriots compete in the Shore Conference, an athletic conference comprised of private and public high schools centered at the Northern Jersey Shore. All schools in this conference are located within Monmouth County and Ocean County. The league operates under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA).
